Attend ALL meetings with other vendors/service providers
Visit ceremony and reception venues prior to the wedding date
Delegating Roles to Other Helpers or Assistants during placement of decor at venues
Management of all suppliers and/or vendors day of the Wedding
Take behind the scenes/video and photo on day of Wedding
Rehearsal coordination and processional timing help
Help with wedding etiquette issues and provide support
Help with seating chart if needed
Confirmation and follow-up with all suppliers 1 month and 1 week in advance
Set up and break down of all decor (Up to 3 locations - unless can be scheduled to be taken down the day following the event)
Day of coordination until midnight, day of event
